SMS Terms of Use

1. General

  • Livingston International provides High Availability SMS communications to clients and carriers.
  • SMS messages sent through our Livingston International dedicated short code are sent by employees to our clients and carriers for notification of service disruptions and/or outages.
  • Communications through our short code services are on an Opt-In basis.
  • By signing up to receive text alerts from Livingston International, you consent to receiving recurring automated text messages from Livingston International.
  • Purchase is not a requirement of the SMS program.

2. Opt-In/Opt-Out

  • User will opt-in to the short code program by completing the Livingston International SMS Alerts form.
    • Message and data rates may apply.
    • Message frequency varies per user.
  • You can cancel this service at any time.
    • U.S.
      • Clients and carriers with a U.S.-registered phone number can text STOP to 43962 to cancel.
      • After you send the message STOP to 43962, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us.
      • Text HELP to 43962 for help.
    • Canada
      • Clients and carriers with a Canadian-registered phone number can text STOP to 71063 to cancel.
      • After you send the message STOP to 71063, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us.
      • Text HELP to 71063 for help.
    • You can update your SMS subscription preferences by completing the Livingston International SMS Alerts form.

3. Help

  • If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text HELP to 43962 if you have a U.S.-registered phone number or HELP to 71063 if you have a Canadian-registered phone number.
  • After you send the message HELP to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.

  • Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported and our messages may not be deliverable in all areas.
  • Livingston International, its service providers and the mobile carriers supported by the program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Rates

  • As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
  • If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
