By May 2024, all Canadian-resident and non-resident businesses that import goods into Canada and their Trade Chain Partners must be registered on the CARM Client Portal.

Registration for the CARM Client Portal is time-consuming and complex. Livingston can help.

We’re currently offering Livingston clients a CARM Client Portal registration service for a flat fee of $350*. To take advantage of this service and have Livingston register your business on the Portal, please complete and submit the form below.

*Due to an anticipated surge in demand and the resulting need for additional resources, this fee will increase upon implementation of Release 2, on May 13, 2024. CBSA is enforcing a cut-over period from April 26 to May 13. During this time, access to the CARM Client Portal and registration for the CARM Client Portal will not be available. To take advantage of the lower rate, you must sign up for the service before May 13th.
